In 1938,many people that were growing up with the factory became the first generation craftsmen in Chinese glass ware industry,such as King of Glass Engraving Jiang Huizhou,a famous designer Chen Donghua,and the factory director Mr.Ren and senior skilled worker Sun Mingzhi in glass carving and polishing as well as Jie Guiging in handmade forming of cased glasses.
